Sam is a horrible builder and a thief at that! My house is less then 3 years old and is literally falling apart! My siding blows loose almost every storm, I have soft spots the size of soccer balls in my floors, the tiles in my master bath are popping loose (probably because of the rotting subfloor), the floors were never swept before the carpet was laid so I have nails and screws under it, my wife and I paid extra for upgraded carpet padding (which another carpet company confirmed that it is not!), I've had to rehang 3 doors because they didn't open or close properly, and we paid for an elevator shaft which is framed completely backwards and with 2x6's... read full review
