She has followed up with me after almost every appointment, she returns my calls quickly, answers all my many questions. I can always get an appointment, they put up with being late and calling to say so 15 mins before I'm due to be there. After sending me to see an ENT and the ENT not being able to schedule sinus surgery for two months Dr. B found another equally as good ENT to take me right away.
