I am a 50 year old man that has just completed 6 months of beginners yoga ,my wife has been asking me for years to go and now I wonder why she never told me I would feel so good. Lol. The teachers are great and it is a very positive environment,I am not in pain anymore. Thank you amma center

Bridget is the owner and best instructor I know. she's created a warm and inviting atmosphere for all levels to find their own Asana/pose. I feel truly lucky to have stumbled upon this studio. Bridget is a beautiful spirit who has so much to share with the world. Each class leaves me inspired and rejuvenated.
