At first he was very nice very good came out did the work everything. He was fixing French doors in my daughters playroom.(last December) well now that we had a few rain storms my whole playroom floods every time. I have asked numerous times for him to come back out and take a second look and he said he will and will not answer me now to tell me what day/time would work for him. Very unprofessional
