“We hired Jerad from CSM Landscaping and could not be happier. We put off Landscaping our yard for years due to not knowing what to plant and cost. Jerad responded quickly to my inquiry for a free estimate and not only showed up on a weekend, but had many great suggestions. He emailed me a pdf of suggested plants/flowers and we worked out a great plan. Being able to 'see' what plants would be in the yard was so helpful and Jerad was very accommodating when I wanted to change out a couple of things. He is the nicest person you will meet! He is responsive and quickly gets back to you and shows up when he says he will. His rates were so affordable and we could not be happier. We had contacted other companies in the past and they were not as helpful or responsive as Jerad was. He even came back to place markers on where each plant would go in the yard. He is hard working, kind and so great to work with! I highly recommend CSM Landscaping!!!“

Despite the challenges of dealing with zoning and stormwater management in the City of Lancaster, Mike stayed positive and got the job done. I was impressed that as the boss and owner of the company, he was a part of all of the construction process. With only a three foot walkway to get to our backyard, he and his employees brought in many tons of stone, brick, block, and topsoil by wheelbarrow to make our backyard dream come true. “I had Chris Huber work for me on two different projects. The first was for a retaining wall, concrete sidewalk, and deck at my parents house. He also dug up the old driveway and graded it for the new pavement. The second project was to remove a concrete patio in my back yard and tear out a sidewalk/curb in front of my house. He helped me form up and pour the new sidewalk. Chris is a journeyman carpenter and provides good insight to home building projects as well as excavating. He was easy to get along with and my family is happy with how both projects turned out. I look forward to using him again.“
