I live in NJ and purchased a car in Pa and there was a problem with the Title. I contacted this company and drove 45 minutes to the location because I was told if anyone could straighten it out it would be Ellie. She filed the forms and kept in contact with me until the matter was resolved in Harrisburgh. The prices were more than fair and I would recommend this place without reservation. Thank you again Ellie for all the efforts you put forth !

Originally, I came here about 12 years ago as a teen to request an official birth certificate. I remember the older woman working there being mean and rude. Now, jump to a week ago, I decided to come here to transfer the title of the car I recently purchased out of Oregon into Pennsylvania. I received great service from a woman who was around my age. Everything went quick and smooth. I received my license plate and a temporary registration. A very much better experience than the seemingly racially hostile guy from Parks in Brookhaven.

I was very nervous about going here because I was not in the mood for any attitudes and the reviews were not good.What people dont tell you in their reviews is what their initial behavior and tone of voice was. Although I was put off at first because she asked how can I help you but she was in the process of counting cash. We all know you don't interrupt someone counting cash. I waited for less than one minute and I said to myself this is my neighborhood mom and pop shop they work hard and customers service is not easy. The lady Ellie was helpful and instructive.
