Pretty great! I can't really say anything negative at all about the experience. I've been renting on old house, and I am going to purchase it from my landlord. I called The Home Inspection Guru on Monday to schedule an inspection. The office manager was really nice and very competent. She scheduled me for an inspection a few days later on Thursday at 1:00pm, which was really good! Kerry came to my house at exactly 1:00pm on the dot! He did a thorough inspection of the whole house for about 2-3 hours. He gave me a lot of information about what needs to be repaired in the house while he was here. I was unable to use this business as of now due to the house contract being terminated by the seller at the last minute . But ..... I did schedule an appointment with them and had to change it multiple times due to a difficulty in coming to agreement on times and dates with the seller and her agent . And every time I called to change things the guru accommodated my needs with no problems what so ever . Samantha was extremely helpful and kind and did not ever make me feel as if I was bothering her with all of my changes and calling . Outstanding service!!! Very professional, very knowledgable, very thorough, very personable. I've been through a few inspections over the years and this was by far the best experience. He left no stone unturned and I'm confident that I know what needs to be done and I know what to look for.
