We were having major water problems,,,1st team came and took a water sample back to office,,,an hour or so later john showed up with results and started working on the pool,,,water was clearing before he even left,,,couldn't ask for better service,,,all technicians were friendly ,helpful and knowledgeable
Great store cool staff and very helpful the staff members that help me today gave me great instructions on how and when to apply all the chemicals for the pool . Best customer service compared to other pool supply stores. Definitely will coming back again.
Nana's Oasis maintained my above ground pool all summer, open to close, and I am more than pleased with the results. I had chlorine lock at the beginning of the season and they were able to correct it with one treatment. My pool was clean and crystal clear all season. The guys were friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. I will definitely be using them again next season. Thank you Nana's Oasis!
