With the exception of Dr. Paulsen, these guys are just looking to make money.Horrible service, rude schedulers, and no concern for the patients. Just how many times and ways can we charge for anything and everything. It’s gotten so bad we finally left the practice and moved to a doctor who puts the patients first. Shame on you Lancaster pediatrics! You’ve officially failed the minute you put business ahead of people.

We have been long term fans of Dr. Fennimore at Lancaster Pediatrics, but the office staff at Harrisburg Pike has gone downhill fast. Many, many staff behind the desks, but all seem to have limited knowledge about much. The criteria for getting a position here seems minimal. I have never experienced the current level of incompetence and inefficiency at any other medical office. My advice to the practice-- fire 10 of the 20 office staff and hire 2 who have education, experience, and a skillset to run an efficient, credible office. It is pretty ridiculous at this point. I can no longer recommend this practice to anyone.

Had yet another wonderful experience with Lancaster Pediatrics today! My daughter got hurt on the playground at school, and as an RN myself, I was on the fence whether she needed anything beyond some TLC to fix it. I called them, spoke with the receptionist, then nurse, and they immediately got her in to be looked at. Saved us a traumatic trip to urgent care, when I wanted a quick opinion to ease my mind and help decide best treatment. Dr. Paulson and all of the office staff were wonderful with her- Dr even helped her choose her stickers on the way out ♥️
