“Hi my name is Barry I am the owner of Willow and Edge Salon I had a lady that came in tonight and abused my staff her name is Brenda I will not sit back anymore with Yelp reviews that are not correct I got a bad review for a girl that held up on the phone for 5 minutes never been to my salon never used my staff I've been doing this for 38 years I am one of the most honest and giving person in the business I treat my employees with honor and respect I treat my clients with more respect than any other person in this industry I believe but when you turn on my employees and you coming to my salon and make a spectacle of yourself I will not stand for it anybody that knows me knows that I am very upset right now because this lady threatened me personally I just passed at Freddy's I cannot explain how rude and annoying this woman was I tried to help her on Saturday she was in my salon for the first time I gave her great advice I would do her daughter's hair for her but she was so like over the top not appreciating that I was with another client and I was still trying to take care of her my staff tried to help her she came in tonight and was so rude she has a problem I don't know what it is but I'll tell you one thing I will not stand for it so Yelp you could post this or not but the truth is the truth do I make mistakes of course I do my mistake was loving this woman in my salon everyone that was with her and around her and any other salon owners that know this woman please help me because I would help you“
