Darlene and her crew (Brandon, Anthony, Carol and Elena) get the highest praise possible from me! They were not only great workers, but they were prompt, professional, courteous, polite and most importantly, I felt safe knowing that the job was not only going to be done correctly, but done as if you were the most important client they had! With all that is wrong in the world of "paid for services", Darlene and her crew made me feel comfortable having them in my home and around my most precious possessions knowing they were trustworthy and feeling physically safe having strangers in my home! Darlene and her crew were the most professional group of people I could have asked for. She helped with water and mold in our basement 2 years ago and was very sensitive to my questioning and naivety as I tried to understand the whole process. They were affordable, but not at the sacrifice of quality. Everything was done neatly, efficiently, and with fantastic communication. Plus, they gave us a great recommendation for rebuild to refinish the basement. I would refer anyone to working with them!
