“I woke up on a Sunday morning to a freezer that was not freezing stuff!! I was so upset - called 5 places - 1 answer - not available! A little time passed - I took important stuff to a neighbor. Then Frank called - he said he’d be here by 3 pm. He was!! He was able to fix the problem - very acceptable price for a 3 hour job!!! I highly recommend him!!“

Instead of upselling me (didn’t try pricey fixes not recommending a new fridge) he asked questions and figured out the actual problem. Then he followed up days later to make sure everything was working correctly and THEN sent me an invoice. I CANNOT say enough good things about this company!!“
