When the hospital failed to get the flowers to the patient before they were discharged, Robertson's investigated what happened and although it was clearly not their fault, they delivered a second bouquet to the home address, despite it not being in their delivery range. Brittany saved the day when we had to move to plan B for several reception tables within 24 hours of the wedding....she had such a calming effect (during a very stressful time for the MOB) and said "Don't worry, I can make things happen." And did she ever deliver.
