1 star is 1 star too many...These people are awful to deal with. Our gas company hired them to come clean the tree from the wires outside and then our neighbor had them return because they left a mess on her property. In the process of cleaning up her property, they left a huge pile of debris in our yard along our wall fence that separates the properties. We have been calling and calling to get them to come clean it up, but they have not returned calls. We have 2 security cameras with before during and after videos so I guess we will have to take it a step further and go to court with them and/or call the BBB along with the DATCP. Asplundh tore up my property. Left ruts everywhere, acouple 3 feet deep.They​ weren't even hired to be here. They​ apparently took a joyride up a one Lane​ dirt moutain road thats​ a dead end with no turn around at my property. There are no trespassing every 50 feet on both sides of the road for a half mile, No trespassing signs everywhere. They Rutted up a half mile muddy dirt road and still thought it was a good idea to keep going and try to turn around on on my property which was as wet as​ the muddy road that they drove up. They went away and never even had the curtousy to stop at the house and tell me what happened.

They cut down branches around our power lines and left them all over our yard. They also cut way too much of it and left us with a huge mess. We tried calling them to discuss it, but they don't pick up and all of their mail boxes are full.Service: Tree trimming & pruning
