Service requested today and they came out and fixed the problem, about fifth times in two years, different problems. Highly skilled and well trained. Easy to get along with. I strongly recommend them and will not use any one else.
Brad & Collette are amazing! Our water heater died & they sent someone out with a new water heater and installed it....on a Friday afternoon! We contracted with them to have a gas furnace installed to replace our old oil fired furnace. Brian and Jason were the installers. They took their time answering all my questions. They did a professional installation job! I highly recommend Steam Specialists!
I highly recommend this company for HVAC repair. Our AC system stopped working over the weekend. We had a different company come out and inform us it would be cheaper to replace the whole unit at $11K than to repair it. We obtained a second opinion from Steam Specialist who informed us that the fan motor needed to be replaced. After the fan was replaced, the system functioned normally. This was quick, simple, cheap, and saved us thousands of dollars.
