I had appliances from Bills in the house I bought. I have had two minor issues and they were here quickly and repaired with no issues. When I need to buy new it will be from them!

Receptionists are very nice and knew what I needed repaired when I explained the issue! Got the part ordered and repairman came the following week. Repairman knew what he was doing was very nice and got the job done! Love bills appliance!!

My refrigerator is broken and I’m trying to repair it. I called looking for a part and the woman was extremely rude. When I asked her what fridge she recommends because I was looking at Frigidaire or Whirlpool if mine can’t be fixed she stated we only carry whirlpool in a very rude manner. It was obvious she didn’t want to help. If my fridge can’t be repaired I’m most definitely not buying a new one from her. Somebody had recommended Bill’s appliance to me and my first interaction was terrible. What happened if I actually bought a fridge from bills and called with a question? Would I get the same service or since we exchanged money would you be a little nicer?
