This company started making a racket outside of my apartment at 11pm. When I asked what they were doing there was no answer. The people at the company were rude and hung up on my when I tried to ask why they were making a racket. Very disrespectful, with little regard for others affected by their work in the communities they operate in.

I had the most Wonderful experience with Bill Tuttle from Acv. Every company should have people working for them like Bill. When I called him he got back to me in record breaking time which was amazing. He was prompt and on time and kept me in the loop when he was on way which is unheard of in this day and age. Right from the second I met him with his friendly smile he was courteous, pleasant, polite and considerate . He was ever so patient with my never ending questions and explained everything clearly to my husband and I. He was so well informed there wasn't a question he couldn't answer.
