Service tech was very courteous and professional. Very knowledgeable of my appliances. I was up to date on his arrival time from him and the service center. Very pleased.

The repairman that they sent for this second visit was very knowledgeable about the workings of the dishwasher. He gave me some tips on how to make my dishwasher wrk better but he did not find an issue as to why it does not clean my dishes. He cleaned the draining system and around the edges of the doors and suggested that I us Dishwasher Magic for cleaning in between services. Dishwasher is working fine now.
