He is very down to earth and sociable. Strives to make sure every client is satisfied. Jay the Spanish guy cuts my boyfriends hair and he is good with a ethnic hair fade . Takes a little longer than use to if I had to give criticism. Haircut takes about an hour with conversationService: Haircut
This is my second time going there and he did a great job. My hair looks great. I'd recommend this place to everyone I know. The barber here is also very nice and personable. 5 stars is not enough praise.
Norm's Kutt-N-Up is a one of kind barbershop with an excellent atmosphere. You'll be sure to get exactly what you are looking for. Norm and Jay are two of the best barbers in Wilkes Barre abd throughout all of Northeast Pennsylvania.
