I am a member of a FB group with 53K members who are parents of kids with special vision needs.Over the past year, three of the six lens manufacturers that made executive bifocals (the only FDA-approved method proven to slow the progression of myopia in young children) stopped making them. (There are two other lenses available in Europe that do so, but they haven't yet been FDA appproved.)When I reached out to Luzerne this morning to see if they still make them, the rep was incredibly rude. Without a doubt the worst lab I have ever worked with. Their customer service is terrible. They do not respond to emails, voicemails, and they simply hang up when I have been waiting on hold for up to 20 minutes. The jobs I have sent there have taken up to 2 months to complete with no explanation.

Absolutely the WORST lab I have ever experienced in the 35 years in this business. They will hang up the phone on you if you simply ask why a job is taking so long. Cannot speak to mgmt...must leave a message. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
