I highly recommend Luzerne Auto Locksmith. I needed a key fob and key cut and found this business online. I can't say enough about how well I was treated and how professional, knowledgeable, courteous and dedicated the Technician was. They are also AAA Emergency Service provider, so if you are locked out of your vehicle or need a new battery, they can assist you. Thanks for the great experience, Gil!! Tony
1st, not a single one of the several "techs" introduced themselves by name. 2nd, Absolutely no communication. Allegedly, my key was "a hard key to cut" from the file they used (my car is not brand new, nor is it older). 1st tech, key didn't work at all, second came promptly. Was told a 3rd tech would be out in 1.5 hours. I'd have to go check messages, but it was well past 2.5 hours, i had to reach back out to see what was going on. 3rd eventually comes and tech leaves and says a 4th tech would be coming out. 4th tech does not come back out and 3rd tech is back, again late. Highly recommend! They did a great job! If you need a key made, go here. They cut and program keys open 24/7 City Heights W-B. super friendly, super fast. very kind and courteous! our key works perfectly. We appreciate this business. went above and beyond. affordable.
