JCPenney Optical - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

I have visited JCP Optical at this location January 2022 because my usual office's selection of glasses over the years became very average. I cannot express how great the experience was; Dr Melinda Wolter was fantastic, listened to all of my questions and concerns, made me feel heard which is rare in any form of healthcare. The staff, Rebecca and Ezra, were just as incredible; Ezra was the one who assisted me directly, they listened to any questions and concerns I had regarding new lenses/frames since I'm used to having struggles with the types of frames I usually "settle with" from having poor vision. It's always refreshing having staff (in my case Ezra) who are super kind and knowledgeable, and who also pull a few pairs of frames themselves for you to try based off what you describe to be your preferences. My new glasses also arrived less than one week later and I love them! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I had the best experience at Jcpenney Optical. The people that work there took their time and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. The doctor is funny and easy to talk to. I got my glasses back in about 7 days which is quicker than what I had expected. I definitely feel like I got my money's from this company. I would recommend them to friends and family.
