Geisinger ConvenientCare+ South Wilkes Barre

I don't understand all the negative reviews ? I was just there and not 1 iota of a problem. Whether I'm not feeling well or whatever I make the best of it meaning I like to laugh and appreciate it when others make me laugh too especially in a walk - in clinic . Kudos to the Pro ' s that took care of me today. 12/4/23.

This is ridiculous. I have waited for the past 2 hours in the waiting room. others have waited longer. they take their lunch all at the same time which is unbelievable. theres at least 8 people that have been here since i got here and none were called in yet. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !

I was taken care of at the Convenient Care side of the building but went in through the ER where I suffered through a microaggression on 06/03/2023 by some YT mid male nurse that walked in the room I was in. He had no home training or morals whatsoever. He had ZERO DISREGARD FOR THE HIPPA LAW and obviously wanted some sort of reaction from me? (Don’t worry I filed a complaint but let me embarrass you since you tried it.) I didn’t get his name but he was young, YT, a brunette, & obviously under qualified for the job.
