She immediately got my contacts right after many failed attempts from the other office. After that I have enjoyed how Dr. Abby and Dr. Joe both make you feel welcomed with side chats here and there about your family and theirs. They keep everything professional and have never cussed or was rude, or made any off collar remarks that would be considered unprofessional. Some people are just Karen's. They are very knowledgeable in their fields and will explain everything they are doing in case you wanted to know. I asked Dr. Abby about everything because I'm curious and she was not at all bothered by my questions. Will continue going till they move or I do out of the area.
