Gave 3 stars because this software has tremendous potential. Didn't give more because of the poor attitude exhibited by the company's COO and program not being user friendly.

Spent the last two weeks solving an issue we were having with getting KC to communicate with my Quickbooks. Endless back and forth and guesswork. Finally they figured out that they had me upload the wrong files for them to test.

The general attitude with this firm is that they post instructions on yuotube so the customers should be able to figure it out. Otherwise they would be happy to charge hourly rates for training their customers on how to use the system.

The corporate culture is really lacking. They need to realize that their customers are running their own businesses and don't have time to become experts in the peculiarities of the software. We want point and click, not to become KC experts. Wish I knew this before purchasing this expensive software. This is NOT a user friendly / intuitive POS system. There are lots of quirks in getting to software to run correctly and in using it correctly.

Very disappointing experience with this software. Bought the Kennel Connection software with all the bells and whistles. They sold me a QuickBooks Direct Link module that is supposed to automatically transfer the financial data to the Quickbooks file.

It has never once worked. Been trying to get it to work for over 7 months. have spent countless days and hundreds of dollars with outside IT help. Blue Crystal just keeps sending me user manuals and telling me there must be something wrong with the Quickbooks set up.

Sorry guys, I'm not a techie and have enough on my plate running my business. Don't have time to fix bugs with your software that was not configured properly to transfer data to another program. Your sales literature claims that the Quickbooks Direct Link will seamlessly transfer all of the accounting information to QB. Doesn't say I have to become an expert at how you programmed your software and then modify QB to make your software work.

I contacted their support team because we received over 2300 line items of error messages. Their support team's response was to email us a link to their help page that had some simplistic explanation that we needed to redefine the definitions of the accounts in QB.

“Man! Where to begin!So in 2012 I first started my company, and I hired a company called yoddle to build my webpage, manage my SEO and handle my PPC campaign. It was a complete disaster, they built a terrible webpage, got no results over 6 months, and wasted lots of money on my PPC campaign. I broke contract, paid the surcharges and I switched from them to Madwire360. They built me a new webpage. But I had to hand hold them every step of the way. They wrote content that was full of technical mistakes anyone could have googled to verify. But I was desperate and after Yoddle, I was just happy they where above the minimum level of terrible.I suffered through madwire360 for 10 YEARS! They held my webpage hostage and threatened me with any new webpage would have terrible rankings because “google doesn’t like seeing my webpage change development companies.” I knew they where lying, but I had spent about 30k over the course of 10 years building out 100’s of pages for my webpage. And well beyond that on my SEO trying to build rankings. They kept telling me how competitive my market is, and its hard to get results here, etc, etc.So that brings us to our current day. Finally, Madwire says to me, they are changing their whole system and I need to pay them to build me a whole new webpage. I was already miserable, so if I’m buying a new webpage, I might as well buy it someplace else. I remember I had done some work for Nustream in the past, so I figured I would see what they could offer my company.I called Nustream and got a hold of Kevin. We conference called with his team where I told them what I was looking for and my goals. They put together a quote, which I felt was affordable. He gave me a time line, and we began the process. The whole time he kept telling me how terrible my webpage was, and to be honest, I’ve had every company tell me something similar before trying to make me pay lots of extra money. I just assumed he was getting ready to nail me with this big price hike. But the price hike never came, Project was completed early, accurate to my field content was created without me needing to constantly hold their hands. And well… He wasn’t lying, my previous webpage must have been complete poop, because within 7-10 days my webpage was ranking higher than ever before and pages that never ranked, where ranking. I got very excited!Nustream didn’t even begin my SEO campaign yet. I talk to Kevin again and he gives me a bunch of price quotes and options for my SEO. How much I want to spend and what keywords I want to target. I’m a dummy when it comes to this kind of stuff, but smart enough to let the experts do their thing, so I just defered to his wisdom. He did some research and gives me the keyword list for approval. We agree upon a budget for my SEO, and almost immediately, I see improvements! I'm not talking months, I'm talking within 30 days its even better than it was before.Now, I’m watching this thing like every day with baited breath.Sometimes my rankings go back down a little, and I get scared and immediately call Kevin in a panic. But he’s always very patient with my lack of knowledge. And soon after it goes down a little, it goes way up. Right now I’m ranking on first page for numerous very important keywords, and ranking in top 3 for some as well. I’m very excited about the future of my webpage, and hope that I can start spending less money on PPC campaigns, as my webpage organically ranks higher. Up until now my entire business success was from PPC. Spending 25-30k a month to dominate my industry. I've already begun lowering my bids and decreasing my reliance upon PPC.So, I guess in short, I recommend this company. But not for my competitors, if you are my competitor, go hire Yoddle, it’ll be great, I promise.Nustream is the real deal, and super legit. They make no promises, but they deliver everything.“
