The tech that came to the house was a seasoned professional that really new his stuff. My heat pump had shut down and I had no idea why. He methodically ran thru tests of the system and quickly found the problem. He explained everything he did and had me up and running in no time. Excellent service. Thank you UGI.

I would like to say what an outstanding sales person Joe Leinbach
has been to work with both for the sale and purchase of my new gas furnace the other year and getting my furnace contract setup for 2023 t0 2024, and now the ac unit died last week and a tech came out and found it was not useable for any length of time and it sure didn't. the next day it went out again and Joe contacted me with a proposal for a new unit and it is now being installed today.
