Safe and effective. True girls’ gym. It’s comfortable and I can come here to relax and actually work out. There’s no creepy guys coming to bother you during your set. I’ve always been left alone here and everyone minds their business. The vibe is always good here

The staff are friendly and welcoming. Clean facilities. I like the rep counters and timer on the machines in the circuit So you can still do a full minute even if you missed the start of the green light
