“My husband and I joined FTF earlier this year. Evan conducted a detailed analysis of our body composition and lifestyle and suggested a 12-week program of the group fitness classes with a check-in half-way through. These classes are offered four days in a week, three times a day so it was possible to find a time that worked for us. The exercises were well designed and based on the level each one was in. The exercises were different every time - sometimes individual and self paced and other times they were timed and with a partner. The heart monitor they provided us gave a clear break up of our intensity levels through the session and was helpful in knowing if we were pushing ourselves. Evan and other trainers were there to monitor us, correct our postures, find alternatives, and answer questions. Strongly recommend working out 4 times a week and modifying the diet for optimal results. Evan provided a few consulting sessions for my husband with the new nutritionist who provided us with great and easy recipes for a protein rich vegetarian diet!Remember to sign in before each class to avoid any charges :)“

I've mainly worked with Caitlin but I've had one or two other therapists and every time I go in, I leave feeling better than the last time. Super knowledgeable of the human body and how it functions and they always find things that I didn't even realize were issues. And they're always giving me advice and exercises I can do on my own to help keep my body balanced and pain free. As an avid runner, I appreciate everything they do. Kyle, Tom and all the rest who worked there were very knowledgeable of which exercises I needed to do for my recovery.When I mentioned other problems I was having, they were able to address those too! I received massages, stretches and hot & cold compresses at the end of my sessions.I highly recommend them for any aches or pains you might be having. You will not be disappointed!I had to have physical therapy again during 2023 before & after my knee replacement surgery. Needless to say, I went back to Transform Rehab!
