Tippet had an ultrasound with their internal medicine specialist today and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about the care we received. Everyone was so patient and kind, from the front desk staff, to the technician, to the doctor. The office was so clean and welcoming as well. Dr. Peterson was awesome and took the time to answer all of my questions and very clearly explain her findings(nothing scary by the way!) I could tell how much everyone really cared about Tippet and that means the world to us! We’re just so thankful to have such a wonderful specialty medicine office we can rely on. “I boarded my dog here for over a week while we were away and they took such great care of him! They even gave me a cute little report card when they sent him home telling me how he behaved/ate. The facility is clean and well cared for, plus they are attached to their veterinary hospital so it gives me peace of mind leaving my dog there.“

Our dog had to have an unexpected emergency surgery and Dr. Ahuja and her staff jumped into action and saved our dog​ without question. ​I​f not for Dr. Ahuja, I don't think our girl would be with us today. The​ quote for her surgery at the emergency​ was close to 10k ​and knowing that was an impossible expense, she rearranged her ​personal schedule and got us in at Tender Touch. She was finishing up a 24 hour shift and was supposed to be at home resting, but chose to help. People like that are truly incredible and irreplaceable. The​ staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and caring throughout the whole process. ​They were completely upfront on the costs with us from the start. I could genuinely tell how much they all cared for our dog and for us as well. ​I 100% recommend Tender Touch.“

“Brought my father in laws cat to several places and no one would even lift a finger to help him, come to find out Banfield was my last choice and little did I know my cat swallowed a whole bracelet . And these vets seen my cat and gave me a huge break on the price because my cat needed emergency surgery. The lady in the front desk lizzy is an angel! Helped and was very comforting and helping and even going out of her way to make it cheaper, she’s amazing and also the surgeon forgot the doctors name but he was also amazing as well! They didn’t have to do this because we didn’t have the full amount but they did it anyway! This places is filled with amazing souls! God bless this place and all the vets!
