I had a great experience with Carrie for my Acne Clinic consultation appointment. I felt very comfortable talking to her about my skin's issues and asking her questions throughout the appointment. She frequently checked in with me during extractions, and did a thorough job explaining how to use the products she recommended. I appreciated her professionalism and passion and I am really looking forward to improving my skin with Swoon!
