We had an issue with our tankless water heater. The first technician who came out was a bit inexperienced, so he left us with a leak. No big deal, it happens. Within just a couple days the company sent out new technicians to fix what the first technician couldn’t; and, I got a phone call informing they’d be refunding me the money I had paid! Mistakes are part of life, but it’s how a company deals with them that makes a difference. I really appreciated the extra effort.

Dispatch staff answered on the first ring and I had a Technician at my home in 2 hours. The Technician was professional and diligent. Made very certain the shower/tub was in good working order and was informative on the repairs being done. Highly recommend!! Good work!!
