Requested an inspection of sewer line from first floor to main line that was draining slowly; Troy, the service technician using a manual drain auger (snake) was able to remove calcium and hard water build up from trap and line to main line without disturbing toilet from the drain seal. Also recommended a possible blockage in roof sewer line vent. I did find some debris and removed it quickly with a shop vac. Line now drains normally. Professional, knowledgeable and most of all quick service.
