I am honestly so glad my son's insurance turned around and refused to pay for the appointment I had scheduled here after how rude and snotty the woman was over the phone. She didn't give details, she just called and said the insurance denied it then when I explained we were already told the insurance would likely deny the equipment, she got confused and nasty with me. Then called the doctor's office to see what in the world I was even talking about instead of just stating that the insurance would not pay for the appointment itself from the beginning of the call. I was very happy with the service they offered, cleanliness of the place and, while they kept all the rules of social.distancing, etc, it was done in a very unobtrusive way. The lady at the front desk was courteous, the person we saw was amazing.
