The really good therapist is no longer there. The young woman who is tiny and doesn't speak English is terrible. I wanted 30 minutes of massage but cut my losses at 15. Then they didn't want to give me my change. Acted dumb. No way they were getting a tip. Useless massage There's way better places for lesd

Not very professional! I specifically asked for a lady when I made the reservation. Of course none was available when I get there. They speak hardly any English so you can't explain any problem areas. My husband needed more pressure but the guy didn't understand. He said he would never go back. Then they charge us a $5 tax when we went to pay. No explanation for what the tax was for. They bring us back to the massage room that was filled with rolls of toilet paper. We just stood there while they cleaned the room.

Do Not waste your money! I walked in today without an appointment. This was my second time . The first time I had an amazing experience but this time was the total opposite. When I walked in, I was not greeted. The lady at the front was masked and cautiously walked towards me asking me for "massage". She also kept repeating, "no English ". I pointed to the massage I wanted listed on the list and she immediately said "ok. Pay now". I was taken aback so I decided to use Google translator. I asked her why I had to pay now and her response was that they had received a few people who didn't pay for their services. I still decided to stay paid with my credit card and was walked to a room. Not even two minutes in the room and I was asked 3 times if I was ready. Once undressed and ready a masseuse walked in and preceded to give me my massage. 15 minutes into it she changed places with someone else. I asked her why using Google translator and she said she wanted to give the new girl some experience. I allowed her to give me a massage but she was horrible clearly inexperienced. I left more tense than when I walked in. I was treated unfairly and disrespectful and will never set foot in this place again. I asked for a refund after using my cc but was denied due to them not knowing how to do so. It was an awful experience. While getting my massage I heard a gentleman walk in and he was greeted the way I should have-with kindness and respect. I hate to pull the race card-but I think they are prejudice. I was treated unfairly due to being black. Little do they know that money isn't an issue for me-they just lost a great customer.
