“We envisioned a new deck that would embrace the woodsy character of our rear yard. We selected a minimalist stainless steel handrail system that enhanced the view of the forest from the deck. Other prosepective contractors shied away from our project presumably because of the custom product we selected. We selected Doug because he listened carefully to our ideas and expressed confidence that A-Line was up to the task. Once the framing and flooring was completed, Doug worked closely with the handrail manufacturer to provide as-built measurements and photos prior to fabrication. Doug and Pat and the crew then assembled the new railing system on-site. The new deck and railing is gorgeous. It reflects incredible attention to detail. The project exceeded our expectations. Doug remained in close communication with us throughout the project...very personable and business-like approach. He quickly responded to our ask and came out to give us a quote and tell us exactly what we needed to purchase. We told him when we were ready and he quickly scheduled a date within 2 weeks. “We had two bathroom floors and a tile shower done. The shower and one bathroom had not been professionally cleaned since they were installed 18 years ago. The floors and showers look brand new. The technicians redid some caulking along the glass in the shower which no longer looked nice. The work was completed in less than a week from the time I first requested a quote. The technicians appeared on time, were extremely neat, and worked steadily, but without rushing. The results are great. Both technicians communicated well and left clear instructions on when we could use the shower again and on the best ways to maintain the grout. Great job!“
