Dr. Rotz & Associates (Dentist)

My last review was five stars. Mostly very professional office with great dentists. Dr Maria Sisco is extremely skilled with a side of fun humor. However, I do miss her long-time assistant Kellie.
I've been a patient of Dr Barry Rotz and Associates for 30+ years. I've only known three dental practices in my lifetime. First, my maternal uncle filled my mouth with metal fillings until he retired. Second, Dr Sisco gave me a great smile replacing all of that metal with beautiful crowns, onlays and bondings. Sorry I didn't get my mail about my past due... They make up a "finance charge" if 10% because you have a past due.. don't care enough to argue with you. Enjoy the 1 star while I find a new dentist

This office is operating at a capacity that it cannot handle. My first and last visit was viewed by the office as an opportunity to build up a bill that they submitted to insurance. The office feels entitled to being paid even though they mixed up my health history with another patients, argued with me about this mistake, and ultimately did not give me a bill for the visit. They are unwilling to answer questions or engage in discussion and are confrontational when either occurs. I hope it was worth billing my insurance $204.
