I called Roto-Rooter at 9am and by 1030 Jason was at my house. My bathtub was backed up and my sink was backing up into the tub. He was able to fix this and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use them in the future if we have any problems.

We had a great experience with Devin from Roto-Rooter in York. He came out late on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend within 1 hour of calling and he resolved our issue in 1 hour. Devin was kind and upbeat which added a positive boost to our negative situation. Very pleased with Devin's quality service and would recommend.

Jason came out late tonight (Sunday) and had us fixed in no time. He was very pleasant and professional. Considering it was a late Sunday night and, I think it was less than two hours from the time I made the call to the time he was headed home, I feel like the price was fair. Years ago I used this the same company (York office) and both times it was money well spent. Highly recommended.
