Tyler and the rest of the clinical team are incredibly knowledgeable, make sure you understand the plan each step of the way, and make the PT process as easy and fun as possible. Best in town.“

12620 Perry Hwy, Wexford“I had a phenomenal experience with Performance Unlimited from beginning to end. If you're looking for manual physical therapy, with a hands-on approach, dry needling, a bit of aromatherapy and a unique and fun environment with some of the most entertaining humans, this is your spot!
Easy to access off of Rt. 19 in Wexford, they're located in a beautiful, updated and modern facility.
Kay is a ray of sunshine and the first face you'll meet for scheduling. She's a schedule wizard and was always able to help align my sessions or make adjustments, making a sometimes painful process itself a non-issue with them.
I had the pleasure of being treated by both Cece and Bill and I can't recommend both of them enough. Both are excellent at listening to your concerns, completing an initial assessment and setting out a plan to get things back on track.
From acute injury to longer-term ailments not properly corrected, all of the staff here is fully equipped to get you back to peak performance and health.
If you're looking for hands-on treatment by really skilled professionals, who firmly provide person-centric care and that aren't limited or timeboxed like the big insurance facilities nearby, Performance Unlimited is the place to go.“

3117 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh“Great people who made therapy fun and exciting. I'm originally from Maryland and am only here for school so I was really nervous on how physical therapist would be here and if I would enjoy it. For a little context, I've been to physical therapy on and off due to continuous injuries in high school so I was nervous on receiving new care from someplace new. To my surprise, I loved it more than back home!!! I received amazing care and motivation to continue therapy and have never been treated better. They have so much knowledge about the field that they are in and are quick to help and manage pain. Overall a 10/10 experience!!! Also they played good music so that is definitely a plus!! :)))))“

4706 William Flinn Hwy, Allison Park“I highly recommend Dr. Karly Allen for those returning to sport after injury. I had a hard trail running fall that pulled my glute, injured my knee, and tightened my hamstring terribly (I had no idea how compromised my range of motion was until she showed me what was going on). I was training for a long trail race and was unable to run without pain. Dr. Allen was the perfect match for my needs: she is an athlete herself (ballet, triathlons, Rachel Carson Trail Challenge finisher), runs the office "Back to Sport" program, and took me (a middle aged woman trying to reach her distance running goals) seriously. Our twice-weekly office visits were scoped appropriately and graduated in intensity over time to build strength and balance in my weak areas, and also included pain relief and management interventions (massage, muscle scraping). The take home exercise plan Dr. Allen created for me went beyond just strengthening my injured areas, but was a more holistic approach to give strength, balance, and mobility to the surrounding support areas (core, quads, hip flexors). I was able to do the race I wanted to do without pain, and am continuing to do the take home exercises because the whole experience was more than just "fixing" me, it was an education in how to keep fitter and stronger for the long haul. I have been able to keep training and running without pain. Thanks, Karly!“

We were able to find a great recovery plan that allowed my injury to heal and then gradually ramp up the intensity, confirm I wasn't regressing, and eventually get me back to the level I used to be at. I highly recommend Square One Physical Therapy!“

993 Greentree Rd, Pittsburgh“I was on the verge of substantial spinal surgery when someone suggested I see Ian Rufford. The excruciating pain I suffered over the previous 12 months went away within days, but more importantly, the underlying cause which has affected me for the past 25+ years was exposed and rehabilitated. I am now pain-free and back on the field playing football. I even attempted a (failed) scissor-kick - unthinkable prior to seeing Ian.
After seeing countless physios, massage therapists, chiros, orthopedists, and neuro-surgeons who did their very best and contributed to managing my pain in their own respective ways, it is a relief to finally make sense of what my body is actually doing, and have long-lasting and permanent rehabilitation. I couldn't be more grateful to Ian for his gift to me, as well as his warmth and scything humour.“

2893 Banksville Rd, Pittsburgh“My son has been going to Aspire for approximately 8 years. The therapists are kind, understanding, and work so hard to help my son reach his goals. He has literally grown up at Aspire, and I plan to stay with them for as long as we can! The preschool program is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for an inclusive program, that is geared towards the needs of ALL students. You don’t feel like a number here. Everyone knows my son by name, we are greeted like family, and I am confident that he is safe and treated well each time he steps through the door. If you’re looking for an environment that makes you feel like you’re not alone and your child matters…while also focusing on their needs and progress, this is definitely the place to go!“
