I had a TERRIBLE experience at this dry cleaner. I went for the first time and dropped off two of my favorite items, a blazer and a wool jacket.There was a HUGE pull and snag on my blazer once I got home and saw it. It was not like this when I went in there. The wool jacket was completely ruined, it was felted which shows that fuzzy and pilling fabric look. Again, it was not like that when I was there.They also wrote my name on both items - what if I was planning on selling these items online? If I could give zero stars, I would. I dropped off my wedding dress at the end of July to be cleaned and preserved after a destination wedding in Mexico. After 2 weeks I called to ask for an update and they stated they were just waiting on preservation boxes. After over 3 weeks, I called again and they said they’d call the plant and double check. I finally received my dress and there was still dried seaweed in the bottom of my dress!! I called and was directed to the main plant. The lady was extremely rude and condescending when I stated it was still dirty. I asked for a refund and she stated that they would never give a refund, even for a small stain. THEY WROTE ON MY SHIRTS -- Tried Yorgey's a few weeks ago. I had 8 shirts dry cleaned, light starch. They came out good, but not the best I've ever had. Price was decent at like $3 a shirt. However, after coming home from work, I noticed that they wrote my last name and a number inside the bottom, button side of my shirt. They did this for every shirt. In permanent marker.In my opinion, these shirts are ruined. I wear my shirts both tucked in and untucked. If I wear them untucked, I'm constantly making sure that they don't flap over so people can't see the writing.
