Karen is amazing! She takes the time to understand what your issues are to make sure you get the most out of your visit. She also offers lots of good advice about exercises to help improve your quality of life. She has also been a big help with suggesting what other medical treatments and physicians to consider. Karen is the best. She has given me useful exercises to do and coached me how to do them in a far more detailed and helpful way than the physical therapists I had seen. When she gives me assisted stretching, my legs are looser for days. And, the massages are excellent as well.
