“The employees were great. The service was great. We loved everyone. They worked with us to get the most for what we needed but the cleanup was a little disappointing. Called about nails all over and there are still nails all over that part bothered me. I don't dare by park by my house. I know they were rushed because of rain and time restraints but my neighbor across the road was done by them and they said when they were done they never knew they were there. Also, the dumpster left ruts in our side yard . Other than that this is a wonderful company.“

“Elmer Sudds was in need of new roof. Ed Gilroy came recomended from my father who has been in construction throughout the Wyoming valley Forever. Also recomended by Willy Norton who knows everybody. Ive known Ed since High School. I felt i was in good hands. Ive been living at Sudds for 19 years. The old roof had been repaired a number of times over the years through different owners. Nothing fixed the scupper drain problem that was getting clogged and backing up. Its been a real pain. Once the oppressive summer heat subsided the job was started on 8/27/2025 at 6 am. They removed the old Rubber Roof and began a new Rubber Roof on the first day. 2 12hour days and the job was wrapped up. The job was put to the test only a couple times so far since August. No issues with the new scupper drain and no leaks detected. I climbed onto the roof today to see the job. It looks good and all vent pipes had rubber boots installed, all corners and overlaps are sealed well. On top of a good job he hasn't hassled me for payment. Ed wanted me to say I was satisfied before payment. So i can say now after today seeing the work I am satisfied and recomend Gilroy Construction. John @Elmer Sudds“

“Replaced existing roof. Very pleasant to work with and did good work.

Update. Roof still holding up well. 1 problem we experienced was a lot of nails and debris were left in our rain gutters which we did not realize since it is 2 story building. This created a problem with our drainage since gutters are tied into sewer. Had to pay to have sewer drain cleaned twice. Be sure to check your gutters after they are done working.“
