“We made an appointment with M&M easily over the phone, and we received a text message with the appointment details. We then received a text the day of the appointment that Tom was on his way. Tom and Roberto came and were very professional, and did a great job cleaning our oil furnace. They explained to us everything that they did and then gave us a good referral to have someone come check out our chimney which needed to be cleaned as they had advised. “Gosh, Newco saved me and my family before the storm! Got home from a couple of weeks away during the holidays and the heating was out. House was 40 degrees and miserable. Fran was so friendly and understanding and Jim and Jordan were able to stop by the same day to check it out.
