I called Viking for an ongoing drain fly problem that other exterminators we unable to take care of. Didn’t even bother to look for the source. Viking came out 3x…the two follow up visits were free of charge. They initiated the 2 follow up visits. I didn’t even have to call. Both service techs that came to the house were super nice and helpful. It’s been over 2 months since I’ve seen a fly. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received!

Today’s tech was very nice.The appointment was scheduled for a time in which I received no notification until about 30 mins prior.For that reason I asked that he just do the outside perimeter.I would have liked him to treat the indoor area but it was too early in the morning and some family members were still in bed.In general, Viking does provide good quality treatment and is very responsive when we called. And their Technicians are informative and know what they are doing!

I am a repeat customer in a new location. Have always had great service and, once again, am very happy with Viking. James Paige was our technician and was professional, knowledgeable and delightful to work with. He answered all questions and explained both treatments and service follow up. An asset to Viking!
