“Had a vet appointment today at riverside veterinary clinic today. First the receptionist was very accommodating with setting up and also rescheduled because I had to cancel my first appointment. When I arrived today they were very helpful and helped me with carrying my cat into the examining room which is difficult for me because I am on oxygen. Dr Mirro was very thorough. He checked temperature, ears, listened to his lungs and did xrays. I was pleasantly surprised that the bill was a lot lower than expected. Will continue bringing our pets to this clinic.“

“Updated review: My pup still goes here, and they are every bit as wonderful now as they were then. I also have a feline friend that I bring here. Neither of them are scared to go to the vet at all, and the wonderful people here always remember them. You can tell they love what they do, and are always delightful to deal with.

Original: These people saved my dog. He was stung by some kind of insect in our yard and immediately had a reaction, becoming limp and not doing well. I called Valley Vet because they are his normal veterinarian office despite them not being an emergency office. They responded, cleared a room and had me bring him right over. It was touch and go at first because he is so small but he pulled through thanks to them. I'd recommend them to anyone and they have a client for life in me.“

“Dr Bendix is the best. He's helped all 4 of my animals and takes great care of them when we are there. The front desk staff is very friendly and the vet techs are super helpful.“

“My cat Boots does not like strangers at all but she was very comfortable with the vet and all of the staff to the point she allowed them to pet her. They treated her and gave her the best care I could have ever wanted and went back to them when she was very sick.“

“Dr. Alley has been my dog, Roxy’s, vet for 15+ years. Last year she got extremely sick and we couldn’t figure out what was wrong with her. Dr. Alley has went above and beyond to help my dog (and I) figure out what the issue was. Diane, who works at the front desk, is also amazing. She is always so helpful in fitting us in and finding the best cost for the many medications that my dog needs. Donaldson Animal Hospital has always been there when we have emergencies and I am so grateful to this facility and their workers for being so helpful and caring to my fur baby.“

And that doesn't even touch Dr. Lisa who took so much time to diagnose as do the surgery and all the aftercare that is still going to be required to keep her healthy for the remainder of her life. They took all the time I needed to wrap my head around what was happening. I could see the concern and compassion I the eyes of everyone in the office. Please, take your fur kids here.
