Called to see if they accept my insurance and was answered by a very rude woman who told me “I don’t want to look that up” and hung up on me immediately. Definitely won’t be visiting any office whose receptionist is unwilling to do their job.
Call and talked to a very rude person who said they will not accept UPMC Advantage plan even though they are listed on UPMC's site as aceepting the insurance and also taking new patients.It's been a lot of years since I've called a dentist and had them hang up on me.
Waited an entire month for my Dentist appointment that got cancelled without my knowing so when the day came and I took off work to go to the Dentist they told me the Doctor wasn’t in and I wouldn’t be seen. Definitely will find a new Dentist that’s ridiculous.
