Deidra completely understood, reassured me and the girls there immediately were giving Sula tons of love and affection. Pin sent me almost daily updates of how she was doing, even a few videos and photos while I was away. “Defuzzers grooming is definitely a personalized and special experience. After trying other groomers, I didn't feel comfortable sending my puppy back. But Kathy is amazing and our Odin loves her and I know he is always in such good hands when he goes to Defuzzers. “Dropped off our golden retriever Royce for a full groom and we are very pleased with the results! this place is extremely convenient with very kind staff, and probably the most affordable grooming facility i’ve found. be prepared to drop off your dog and wait for a few hours but they give you a call 20 minutes before your pet is ready. keeping up on grooming him ourselves can be hard but this place made it so easy and convenient. would definitely come back again!“
