Leading up to addressing my 2 rows of 25' tall arborvitaes. Cody stayed in contact to advise on the schedule was kept. The day of the service Bartlett Tree Service personnel arrived and notified me of what the scope of work was to be. We proceed to walk around my property to address any hazards. After the competition of work I was notified and we discussed how the project went. My yard was cleaned of all debris.
Brad came and gave a good detailed description of my entire property, he helped me to understand what needed to be done. Then within a few days I received a quote, which was not the cheapest. But do you really want the cheapest option when it comes to dropping trees near your house. Then Devin and crew showed up 10 minutes before they said they would be there, and proceeded to complete the job in a timely manner. They did not leave before they had my approval, they left no trace, and did a great job. Money well spent.

Bartlett has been taking care of my trees for several years. Recently Cody recommended thinning/pruning of some plums and pine to allow better air circulation. The cost was very fair when compared to another company. The staff who did the work were professional and very neat. They even left me a few branches of the pine to use for decorating. Well pleased.
