“They have tried to help me. I have had 5 injections between my leg and my back and they have done regular visits and urine tests. In my experience I have been treated respectfully and I have never run into any problems. Sometimes the billing is incorrect but it gets corrected by my next appt. I go to the East Bruceton Road office. The staff there is very friendly. I make all my appointments and follow my contract. My experience has been excellent. I've been a patient for over a year.“
“No waiting. Will never go to an urgent care for my DOT exam again. Was back in my truck in 30 minutes. No joke! This place keeps it moving.“
“Unfortunately they were not accepting new patients, but the woman on the phone was very kind and helpful to recommend other places where I can get the services I need.“
“I have had the best service and treatments there. I have seen the most amazing results with the hair removal and the scar treatments. Oh, and the teeth whitening services are remarkable. These services are all life changing. You will fill more confident about yourself again.“
“This was my first time going to Century Medical Association. I hadn't gone to a gynecologist in Pittsburgh yet so I didn't have a regular doctor. I was experiencing an issue and needed to be seen sooner rather than later. I was able to schedule a next day appointment with century medical association! Once I arrived the staff was wonderful. Super friendly and helpful. I was seen right away. I saw Dr. Vasquez. He was great! Incredibly nice and he thoughtfully answered all my questions. It was a quick appointment but it did not feel rushed at all. I would definitely recommend century medical and Dr. Vasquez!“
“I have been going to her fir years. Several members go to her as well. Absolutely love the care we receive.“
“Allegheny General Hospital outpatient center is an offshoot of Allegheny General Hospital. Various medical offices are located there including primary care, women's health, orthopedic surgery, digestive health, and the list goes on. The center is also equipped for diagnostic testing including an endoscopy unit and MRI. I've been to this location on a number of different reasons to see either a physician or have a procedure. During this particular visit I came for an MRI of my knee. Co-Vid guidelines are in place and are strictly enforced. After answering the usual screening questions I was escorted back by a technician who explained the procedure and addressed my concerns. Everything went well with the test and I was out of there fairly quickly. The first floor has a small grab and go for food. Internet reception here is very poor. Suggest go outside if you need to make phone call. Due to HIPAA restrictions photography is strictly prohibited in the facility. Across the entrance they have a parking garage which fills very quickly if you don't get there early. Parking is on par with Allegheny General Hospital. Expect to pay $7.00 minimum for the 1st two hours of your visit. Unfortunately in all my visits here not one practice validates parking for any discount. I have been pleased otherwise will all my visits to this facility. They are located on E North Ave not far from Allegheny General Hospital.“
“All the staff is very friendly n kind. Also very helpful when needing papers filled out. Was in a car accident in june n started having migraines and i needed alot of paperwork filled out for both car insurance people as well as for FMLA for work. The young lady Laura went above and beyond to assist me diring this rough time. Dr Handlesman himself is very kind n thourough in his appointment and truelly shows he cares by following up himself with you... I couldnt be more happy with choosing HANDLESMAN FAMILY PRACTICE as my pcp.GOOD JOB TEAM, EACH N EVERYONE OF THE STAFF IS AMAZING...“
“This facility is very welcoming. You are greeted warmly when you enter. I was here for my annual mammogram and check-in staff were enthusiastic about all this facility offers and really wanted me to know this particular venue was a Magee facility just like Oakland. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment, was led back to another waiting room just for the mammogram department and shown where the dressing rooms and lockers were and guven instructions to wear the gown with opening in front. One little beef here -- the instructor laughed, directing her comment to another patient already dressed in said pink down waiting saying " I should have a recording". Sigh. I could do without the unintended cavalier attitude to what could be a serious outcome given the high percentage of breast cancer diagnoses. Do better, UPMC. This was also informed the lockers, which appear to have a digital code on each of them, did not lock. Again, UPMC, why not? I only waited a short time then was led by the mammogram technician to a room with all the equipment. She was pleasant enough, gave adequate instructions, but never bothered to even pretend to be concerned whether the procedure was comfortable, painful, etc. during the process of smashing breasts iin the machine. I would have liked at least the pretense of caring. All of this would seem a normal process for delivering and getting a mammogram but I will tell my review readers and UPMC staff reading this, it does not have to be. I will direct you to Excela Square in Irwin, PA. You, the patient get to wait in a private room with TV, all by yourself. You are treated with care and concern, no off the cuff remarks that are uncaring or appear to be by a bored employee. They get it. Each and every staff member treats you as if this is an important procedure with what may be a critical outcome so everyone is respectful. Just sayin'.“
