Our hot water heater failed right before Christmas and was replaced by a mediocre plumbing company. It wasn’t drafting and causing unburnt natural gas to leak into our home. Thankfully Machi Mechanical came to the rescue and got everything figured out for us. Machi quickly identified that the system that was installed by the other company was completely wrong and would never draft correctly due to the type of ventilation system existing in our home.
