Been going a few years now. Dr shelestack is very nice and gentle with me. But the receptionist are rude most of the time. I shouldn’t be in tears after a phone call. I wish they would do reminder calls. One time I showed up for my appt and they tried to tell me I didn’t have an appt that day when I knew I did

Newer office personnel now seems to be more organized with scheduling appointments etc, but really miss having the courtesy reminder of your appointments coming up or would be nice to have the text messaging service reminder, this day and age we’re all so busy and need that reminder…

This is the BEST place around to go for the whole family’s dental needs! I’ve received the most amazing care from both Richard Shelestak and his son, probably the best I’ve ever experienced. They have even made my kids love going to the dentist. I’ve been through a lot of tooth trauma and I’ve visited a lot of dental offices, but I can honestly say nothing compares to their amazing staff and the outstanding care they provide.
